FAMILY LAND : Void and voidable sale of family land

PRINCIPLE
Similarly voidable is a sale of family land by the family head where all the branches comprising the family are not represented. However sale of family land by members of the family without the consent of the head of the family is void. Per Karibi-Whyte JSC.
