As the news make round of the passing of a former Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Kastina branch, Mr. Iyu IGUMNA, Mr. Olumide Akpata has joined his voice with others of goodwill to commiserate with the NBA Branch of the deceased.
Below is the excerpt of his message.
"The news of the death of *Mr. Iyu Igumna* is indeed sad news to his family, friends, colleagues, and to all of us who are members of the NBA, particularly, the Katsina Branch, where he was former Chairman.
My deepest sympathies are with everyone who mourns on his passing unto glory.
He was reputed to be a lawyer of great value, who was very dedicated to the Bar, had good work ethic and believed that there should be fairness and justice to all. He will be greatly missed for his good works, but we can take consolation in the fact that his life was well lived.
May the Almighty God grant Mr. Iyu Igumna eternal rest and peace and also give everyone affected by his death the fortitude to bear the loss occasioned by his death.
