While in the course of lawyering responsibilities, there is bound to be either direct or indirect interface with fellow lawyers, it is the professional and ethical duty for them to exhibit civility and mutual respect in their relationship .

It would be uncourteous for a lawyer to lie, deceive and abuse privileges to the detriment of his colleague.

"A lawyer shall endeavor to relate properly in everyway with a lawyer with whom he is directly or indirectly involved in the course of a client's matter" - Rule 28, RPC.

Diplomacy, mutual respect and discipline are the watch words.
