"AGREEMENT" : Meaning of an "agreement"

PRINCIPLE
"An agreement is a mutual understanding between two or more persons, oral or documentary, about their relative rights and duties regarding past or future performances. It is a manifestation of mutual assent by two or more persons. An agreement is the parties' actual bargain as found in their language or by implication, from circumstances, including the course of their dealings." Per TUR, J.C.A. (P. 25, Paras. B-D)
