Please find attached an update from the NBA regarding engagements with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in connection with CAC’s directive and recent reminder that accredited agents should revalidate their status with the CAC. 

Be assured that the leadership of the NBA will continue to intervene on this and other related issues affecting lawyers dealing with the CAC.
