Sequel to the call off of the JUSUN strike, the Lagos State Judiciary released a circular dated the 16th of June, 2021 calling on lawyers and litigants whose unserved Writs of summons have expired due to the closure of Courts, including the bailiff section within the two months of the strike.
The circular signed by Mrs. Okunuga O. A, Chief Registrar request all those affected to re-file their Writs of summons without another cost to them using the old receipt of of filing.
