SOLIDARITY WITH IPOB MEMBERS IN THE MARCH ON FEDERAL HIGH COURT, ABUJA FOR NNAMDI KANU'S ARRAIGNMENT IN ABUJA | Ayo Ademiluyi Esq.

DAY 75 OF #ENDOPPRESSION

26TH JULY, 2021.

TIME FOR TOTAL LIBERATION!

SOLIDARITY WITH YORUBA NATION NOW AGITATORS IN THE MARCH ON COTONOU COURT FOR SUNDAY IGBOHO'S EXTRADITION HEARING;

SOLIDARITY WITH OGONI YOUTHS IN THE MARCH FOR BETTER ROADS;

SOLIDARITY WITH KADUNA YOUTHS IN THE STRUGGLE AGAINST EL-RUFAI'S NEOLIBERAL POLICIES;

FOR UNITY OF ALL OPPRESSED PEOPLE, BOTH OF NORTH AND SOUTH;

FOR A 48 HOURS WARNING GENERAL STRIKE ON THE 29TH AND 30TH, 2021;

FOR A BROADER MASS WORKING PEOPLE'S POLITICAL ALTERNATIVE;

WHY YPP AND YOUTH PARTY MUST STORM THE LAGOS LG ELECTIONS TRIBUNAL AS AAC FINALISES FILING AT FEDERAL HIGH COURT, LAGOS.

I write to call for the widest mobilisation of all oppressed strata for a prolonged struggle for total socio-economic liberation.

I extend solidarity with the members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) who will be storming the Federal High Court in peaceful marches as Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will be arraigned today and taking of plea.

I also extend solidarity with the Yoruba Nation Now agitators who will be storming the Cour du'Appeal in Cotonou for the continuation of the extradition hearing of Sunday Igboho.

I also extend solidarity with Ogoni youths who will be staging "Mother of All Protests" on Ogoni land to protest the terrible state of infrastructure.

I also extend solidarity with youth in Kaduna State who has been putting defiant resistance to the repression by the El-Rufai-led Kaduna State Government.

What is clear is that the link that draws us all together is the chains of oppression from North to South under the weight of a tiny ruling elite, who employ tongues and tribes to hold us apart.

I call for united mass movement of oppressed peoples in the struggle for self determination and better living conditions.

I call on the central leadership of the labour movement to activate the mandate of their last held NLC NEC to call a 48 hours warning general strike by 29th and 30th July, 2021.

I call for series of civil disobedience actions including protests, boycotts and sit-at-home actions where the central labour bureaucracy refuses, fails and neglects to provide the much needed organic leadership.

I call for a Sovereign Assembly of self-determination movements, informal workers' federations, formal labour centres, the left strata, the youth forces and the fighting students' organs to chart out a Programme of National Action including but not limited to series of National Days of Action of Sit-at-home Actions or Protests Action until the bands of oppression is broken.

Ultimately, such a Proposed Sovereign Assembly must arm itself with a programme of forging a broader mass working people's political alternative aimed at putting in power a genuine oppressed and working people's government to enthrone an egalitarian milieu where the working people of all oppressed ethnic nationalities, outside of the prison house of capitalism can democratically determine whether to co-exist in the current neo-colonial contraption called Nigeria or otherwise.

It is this light that I call for a rolling struggle for the expansion of the electoral space. I call on the Youth Party and the Youth Progressive Party, two youth-based parties, consciously sidelined in the last held July 24th, 2021 Local Government Elections to approach the Local Government Elections Tribunal to seek redress.

This is pertinent as the AAC finalises its filing of processes against exclusion of the party by LASIEC and INEC.

On the whole, I call for a Working Class Summit of the rank and file forces of the labour movement to urgently discuss a Programme of Action for the reclaiming of trade unions and the Labour Party into a mass working people's political alternative and where same becomes impossible the crystallisation of a new mass Working People's Party that will enter into a fighting federal alliance with left, radical and youth parties such as the SPN, AAC, PRP, MOP, YP, YPP to throw overboard the entire ruling class parties.

DARE TO STRUGGLE! DARE TO WIN!
