Maulud is celebrated across the globe to commemorate the birth of our noble prophet Muhammad SAW and the message of humanity he brought to the entire human race.
Maulud represents the message of service and the need for us to contribute to serving humanity at our individual levels.
The significance of this auspicious celebration must not be lost on all. We must all strive to leave behind a good legacy that will outlive us.
I therefore enjoin everyone especially our Leaders across board to take out time to meditate on the great virtues and the need to serve humanity and not our pockets.
As we celebrate the season, I pray that our leaders will be sober and rededicate their lives to taking this Nation out of the woods.
