The collaboration of both genders in every project is magical, bringing real results.
Personally, while agreeable that competence and Will should be at the hierarchy pinnacle of preference in choosing leaders, I also have a bias that women are better administrators, because of their natural instincts for perfection, guided with empathy and tenancity. They don't give up, not easily!
To this end, powerful leadership without the 'woman flavor' in today's world is a joke, an outright downgrade!
And God made them, a man and woman. Help mates, partners, companions, the force of nature and a balance to the realm.
If two men are competent, definitely a man and a woman are most competent!
If two women are competent, so is a woman and a man the better choice.
Who wouldn't pick a balanced pair, really? Not me!
