The leadership of the Eti-Osa Bar Forum commend Mr. Olumide Akpata-led administration for heeding the long-overdue call to duty to establish new branches of the NBA in Abuja and Lagos at the Ilorin NEC held meeting.
We heartily congratulate the leadership of the Surulere Lawyers Forum/Yaba Bar Forum on the establishment of the new NBA Surulere Branch in Lagos, making it the 6th Branch joining Lagos, Badagry, Ikorodu, Epe, and Ikeja Branches.
We reiterate our earlier Appeal for the consideration of our application for the establishment of the NBA Eti-Osa Branch and more branches where established courts are situated to form new NBA Branches.
Having met the mandatory constitutional prerequisites with over 50 signed membership and follow up with the Lagos State Government on the inauguration of a new Eti-Osa High-Magistrate Court Building along Addo Road, Ajah, Eti-Osa LGA, Lagos; Eti-Osa Bar Forum (EOBF) is fully prepared with maximum capacity to peacefully unite and steer the affairs of the new Branch in collaboration with all lawyers and other forums/association of lawyers domiciled and practicing within Eti-Osa/Ibeju Lekki Local government areas of Lagos State.
We are full of confidence that Mr. Olumide Akpata's led current administration would by the Pre-Annual General Conference NEC in July/August 2022 inaugurate the NBA ETI-OSA BRANCH.
