I am a candidate for the office of National Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association.

The duties of the Publicity Secretary as provided in the NBA Constitution are to ensure adequate publicity of NBA activities, present a good and progressive image of the NBA, and issue releases and statements on matters of general interest to the NBA and the public.

My dear CLEMENTINA EGWOLOMENA UKIRI, Nigeria is however preparing for another democratic transition, and the lay public will expectedly look up to the NBA for conscientious and non-partisan leadership in this political climate.

This election season will therefore demand more of the image-maker of the Nigerian Bar Association than the customary role of disseminating information. It is against this backdrop that I intend to run and will carry out my roles on the dual basis of STRONG PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT AND A RESPONSIVE INFORMATION SYSTEM."
