STATEMENT BY THE NBA PRESIDENT ON THE INTRUSION OF THE RESIDENCE OF HIS LORDSHIP, THE PRESIDING JUSTICE OF THE COURT OF APPEAL BY AGENTS OF THE EFCC.

This morning, we woke up to the news of yet another intrusion by security agencies on the house of another Judicial Officer, this time, the Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeal, Kano Division, Hon. Justice Ita Mbaba.

Since the news broke, the NBA President has been involved in getting to the root of this untoward incident.

Please find attached the statement of the NBA President iterating the steps taken by the NBA leadership so far, and the demands we have made of the EFCC.
