UNIBEN DEPLOYS STUDENT-COPY ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT.

Following the challenges faced by alumni of the University of Benin in their efforts towards procuring their academic transcripts, especially amid the ongoing strike by staff unions, the institution’s management has formally launched the student-copy transcript portal.

The student-copy transcript, an initiative of the current Vice Chancellor, Professor Lilian Salami, is in line with the vision and innovative drive of the Salami-led Administration.

CAMPUS GIST reports that Salami during the last convocation ceremony of the University disclosed that Senate had given permission for her Administration to deploy the student-copy transcript for alumni of the institution.

Checks by CAMPUS GIST on Monday, August 1st, 2022, revealed that the Salami-led Administration has now fulfilled its promise.

The unofficial student-copy transcripts are now available on the individual student's Waeup e-portal (Kofa page).

And guess what? It’s totally FREE!
