The National Executive Council (NEC) of the Nigerian Bar Association held its quarterly meeting on the 15th day of December, 2022, at the NBA National Headquarters, Abuja.

Attached for your reference is the communique of the said NEC meeting which covers the resolutions of NEC on various issues including the state of the Bar, Co-opted NEC Membership, Annual General Conference 2023, Lawyers in the Nigerian Police Service, NBA-NHIS Health Insurance Scheme and state of the nation.
