THE CHIEF JUDGE OF LAGOS TO ALL REGISTRARS OF COURT; GIVE AT LEAST 48 HOURS OF NOTICE OF COURT NOT SITTING TO COUNSEL OR ELSE FACE STERN DISCIPLINARY MEASURES!

In a firm worded Lagos State Judiciary circular LAS3/312455/Vol.XXVI/69 released on the 21st of January, 2021, a notice was given to all registrars of court to ensure to give ample and standard notice of at least 48 hours to of court not sitting to counsel.
