CAC DIRECTIVE ON REVALIDATION OF ACCREDITED AGENTS: THE POSITION OF THE NBA

Dear Colleagues,


Please find attached the position of the NBA regarding the recent directive of the Registrar-General of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) requiring  accredited agents of the CAC, including Legal Practitioners, to revalidate their status with the CAC upon payment of a fee. 


Be assured that the leadership of the NBA will continue to intervene on this and other related issues affecting lawyers dealing with the CAC.
