About a week ago, I informed this apex platform of my ordeals in the callous hands of unlettered EFCC operatives in Makurdi Zonal Office between 2nd and 3rd of November, 2019 akin to the same fate of the present Chairman of the NBA Makurdi Branch (Mr. Justin Gbagir).
At the time of my ordeals, I was the branch Secretary of the NBA, Otukpo Branch. I proceeded to the Federal High Court, Makurdi Division for the enforcement of my Fundamental Rights to freedom of Movement and Dignity of Human Person. We continued to wrestle it out in the legal battle. But to the glory of God, the judgment has been entered in my favour with the sum of 2,000,000.00 (two million naira only).
The parties in the case are: BARR ADA SHEHU OCHE vs EFCC & 2 ORS, SUIT NO: FHC/MKD/CS/2/20.
Judgment entered on the 17/6/2021.
