PERSISTENT CONTRADICTORY COURT ORDERS: NBA'S POSITION ON THE THREAT TO NIGERIA'S DEMOCRACY.

As you may already know, the news of the persistent contradictory orders from various Courts of coordinate jurisdiction especially in political matters have been making the rounds lately.

The leadership of the Nigeria Bar Association is worried about this prevailing trend, its ridiculing effect on the profession and the attendant repercussions to Nigeria’s democracy. 

Please find attached the NBA President's statement, detailing the position of the Nigerian Bar Association on the issue, and the role that the NBA will play in curbing this menace.
