On behalf of the Governing Council of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (“NBA-SBL”), I write to inform you that the NBA-SBL Training Committee will be organising a training titled “Commercial Negotiations, Mini Class” on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 10.00AM. The training will be facilitated by Mr. Ayuli Jemide, Lead Partner, Detail Commercial Solicitors who is also the renowned author of #ListenEveryHow: How Negotiations Work.
This training is expected to examine negotiations, its principles, skills and strategies with a view to equipping participants with the relevant tools to negotiate confidently in the course of pursuing opportunities for business growth. The session will consider some common assumptions and preconceptions about negotiation, identify your preferred style of negotiation, and review how it compares with that of others as well as explore practical and psychological preparations necessary for a successful negotiation and discovering effective listening tactics.
In view of this, we kindly request yours and or/your firm’s sponsorship of this event in the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Naira Only (N300,000).
