It is with great pleasure that I felicitate the members of MULAN as it holds its 13th Annual General Conference at Minna, Niger State from the 7th - 10th October, 2021.
As always, I believe this conference has been put in place to set an agenda for the development and growth of the association, its members, as well as the nation at large.
The theme "Nigeria: A Nation in Need of Reorientation, Reintegration and Rehabilitation" is most appropriate at this auspicious time in our Nation. This is another avenue to sue for a peaceful coexistence of one and all irrespective of tongue, tribe or religion.
I congratulate all conferees and wish you all a most memorable deliberation in a convivial atmosphere.
