I LAUD THE NBA MAIDUGURI YLF FOR COLLABORATING WITH THE BORNO STATE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE ON LEGAL DRAFTING SKILLS WORKSHOP. | EWENODE O. WILLIAM ESQ.

I wish to once again commend the Young Lawyers Forum (YLF) of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Maiduguri Branch for taking another giant step in the right direction.

This time the YLF in collaboration with the Borno State Ministry of Justice did organize a Legal Drafting Skills Workshop wherein their members were trained on different drafting techniques/methods including how to prepare affidavits.

It would be recalled that this same NBA Maiduguri YLF a few weeks ago, did organize a Seminar in collaboration with the Norwegian Refugees Council wherein Participants were exposed to the legal implications on land resettlement.

This workshop on sharpening members' legal drafting skills which took place last Thursday 10th March 2022, no doubt greatly enhanced both the YLF and other Participants' skills in legal drafting.

I once again commend the amiable Chairman of the NBA Maiduguri Branch, being the mother Branch, for giving massive support to the YLF Maiduguri to succeed. 

I also especially laud the ingenuity of the YLF Maiduguri Branch chairman and his Excos for contributing greatly to the Continuous Legal Education of their members.
