NBA CONSTITUTES ELECTION APPEAL COMMITTEES.

 

Dear Colleagues,

In preparation for the forthcoming elections into the National Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), and the Executive Committee of various NBA Branches, the leadership of the Nigerian Bar Association has constituted the NBA Election Appeal Committees for the NBA National Election and various NBA Branch elections. 

The National Election Appeals Committee is to receive and resolve complaints and disputes arising from the conduct of the ECNBA, the National Executive Committee, and Representatives of the NBA in the General Council of the Bar. While the Branch Election Appeals Committees are to receive and resolve complaints and disputes, from their respective Zones, arising from the conduct of the various Branch Electoral Committees, of the Branch Executive Committees.   

Members of the Committees tasked with the responsibility of resolving these attendant disputes and complaints arising from the elections, include:
