THE NEED TO PREVENT ELECTRONIC FRAUD IN THE NBA NATIONAL ELECTIONS. | Douglas Ogbankwa Esq.

 

Good day learned Silks, Seniors, and Colleagues.

I am worried about the integrity of the electronic electoral process of the NBA National Elections. 

None of the Companies that were part of the last elections should be part of the next elections, as their integrity is in doubt, due to the porous data protection and alleged manipulation of the process. 

A VOTER MUST BE SENT AN EMAIL THAT HE HAS VOTED, IN HIS EMAIL VERIFIED IN THE NBA DATABASE TO ENSURE AN ASCERTAINABLE FIREWALL. A FILTERING EMAIL SHOULD FIRST BE SENT TO THE SAME EMAIL THAT HE HAS BEEN ACCREDITED TO VOTE AND THE CALL NUMBER OF VOTERS SHOULD NOW BE ENCODED.

This way, you can object if someone votes for you or if your data are stolen.

The EFCC arraigned some Lawyers and some IT Mercenaries that were alleged to have rigged an NBA Presidential Election.

There have been cases of data theft and persons being told that they have voted when they have not voted.

The ENCBA should tell us what they are doing to forestall electronic electoral fraud.

The ENCBA must also open the system to hacking or preloaded results audit.

Madness is doing something the same way and expecting a different result.

All is not well with our electoral process, as since the electronic voting started most losers of the presidential election have complained of being cheated.

We want a total overhaul. Firstly, any company that has participated as the backbone provider in previous elections should be disqualified.

We must get it right this time. IT is not rocket science!
